Design documentation developed by a designer without Hungarian accreditation or based on non-Hungarian standards must be localized to comply with Hungarian regulations and legal requirements. Only a designer with planning authorization in Hungary can perform the localization, and they may only localize plans that are covered by the scope of their Hungarian authorization.

Checking and adapting foreign plans based on the applicable laws and standards, covering all related fields (technology, architecture, geodesy, geotechnics, mechanical engineering, energy, utilities, transportation, electricity, lightning protection, statics, fire protection, fire alarm and fire extinguishing equipment, heat and smoke extraction, ATEX, environmental protection, SEVESO)

Expert who perform localization is responsible for the documentation ( in financially, technically, ethically, as well as civilly and criminally point of view) as if they were the original designer, such as the responsible designer.
