FME services

FME is the on-site representative of the client / investor; acting as their trusted partner throughout the project implementation. This role is essential to monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, contracts, and construction documentation throughout all stages of the construction process.

Due to the trust-based nature of the service, the FME must immediately inform the client – with e-log notification – about any issues, deficiencies, or deviations from plans and contracts observed on-site.. The FME service takes at least from singning of contract about contruction work till the final settlement of project invoices. Assign an FME is mandatory for the client in the following cases:

  • when the project involves multiple main contractors,
  • if the project is subject of the public procurement regulations,
  • if the projects is counted with significant importance in national economic point of view,
  • if the project affects a protected heritage building, or
  • when a client’s financial trustee is involved in the project.

FMV Services

Our team members have unrestricted certifications for both high-rise and deep construction. The Responsible Technical Leader (hereafter: FMV) controls construction and assembly work on-site. Their responsibilities cover the control of construction activities.

The FMV cannot be a civil servant or government official of an authority involved in permitting process of architectural or engineering documentation. Additionally, the FMV cannot serve as an FME or construction technical expert on a project where they also perform construction and assembly work, whether in whole or in part.

An FMVmay not undertake service for a project if he/she is a member of or has a legal relationship with a company which is assigned to serve FME or construction technical expert of the same construction work.
